Returns & Exchanges
Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition. Please keep the original packaging where possible.
What Can Be Returned?
- Eligible: Physical books with printing defects or damage upon delivery
- Eligible: Incorrect items sent by mistake
- Eligible: Items that arrive in damaged packaging affecting the content
- Not Eligible: E-books, digital downloads, and audiobooks
- Not Eligible: Journals, workbooks, or exam prep materials that have been written in or marked
- Not Eligible: Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Not Eligible: Gift cards or vouchers

Share your details
Order number, item name, and a brief description of the issue. Photos of damaged items are appreciated.

Return the item
If approved, we will guide you on how to return the item. Return shipping for eligible cases may be covered by Lutem Bookstore.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it for the same title or a suitable alternative of equal value, subject to availability.
